My Labor Day Weekend was a great one. I went to my cabin, where I did only three things: EAT, SLEEP, and FISH. I was living the dream. It was definitely a much needed relaxing weekend. Now, I'm unfortunately back to the college world. I did some of my math homework, but things have definitely changed in the world of math since high school. My entire math book and assignments are all online and it's driving me up a wall. It doesn't matter if you're answer is right, because the website only accepts one format of the answer which it fails to mention until you get the problem wrong. It's ridiculous. What happened to the old pen and paper method of doing math?
My English Composition class has a lot of online assignments too, which isn't that bad for it being English Composition, but I miss the pen on paper method of assignments. The one thing that I do like about my class is that we all have our own blog where we post our work. Obviously I don't mind blogging, I've already got one. There's one thing about college that everyone tells you, but you don't believe it until you get here, and that is that there is a ton of reading involved. Also, if you don't stick to a reading schedule, you're S.O.L. I try to stay on top of it, but it does get difficult at times. Which reminds me, I need to go read for my Oral Communications class... Back to my dorm sweet dorm to do some much needed reading.
